 General Rules and Conditions for Admission and Registration

  • The college accepts students who hold a bachelor’s or bachelor’s degree from one of the Egyptian universities recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities, if they meet the admission requirements for each program.

  • The student must meet the conditions of the academic department (if any) and obtain the approval of the relevant department council and the college council.

  • The student must complete all required documents and forms and submit them to the College’s Graduate Studies Department.

  • The student chooses the appropriate courses, fills out the course registration form, and has it approved by the academic advisor and the head of the department council. The form is approved by Mr. Prof. Vice Dean of the College for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

  • Registration is a prerequisite for the student to be allowed to attend and take courses.

  • The student is not considered registered in any course unless the tuition fees are paid within the scheduled dates.

  • A student who does not complete the registration procedures before the end of the second week of the fall and spring semesters or the first week of the summer semester is not entitled to attend lectures.
